  1. +January - the Kiln Club is not showing at Scope Gallery during this month and will not have a meeting.

+ January 31- February 3 - Scope Gallery clean up. (Gallery closed during cleanup) All exhibiting members help with revitalization of gallery.

+ February 3 - March 4, at Scope Gallery, An Affair to Remember: A sentimental take on clay pulls at the heartstrings with handmade keepsakes. Artisan perfume bottles, ring holders, candy dishes, cake plates, trinket boxes, statuettes.

  1. +February 15, Wednesday - Meeting of the Kiln Club at Lee Art Center. 6:00 pm Pot Luck dinner, contact Thien Nguyen at thienpot@gmail.com. Folowed by the business meeting at 7:00 p.m. and a program with Diane Cull, Ikebana expert.

+ July 30 - August 26, at Scope Gallery, Sniff, Squeak, Squawk: Ode to Animals: Paw through pottery inspired by fur and feathers. Functional, decorative and sculptural works venture into the animal kingdom with horsehair pots, pet accessories, bird houses, handpainted critters, raku creatures and more!

+ Aug 27 – Sept 30, at Scope Gallery, The Canvas of Clay: The medium of clay results in unique forms and finishes, creating visual and tactile artwork. A look at the treatments to make sculptural, decorative and functional pottery . This show will have an outside juror - Bob Devers who is coordinator of the Ceramics Department at the Corcoran.

+ September 19 , Wednesday, Meeting of the Kiln Club. Lee Art Center, 6 pm pot luck dinner and social hour. Please contact Thien Nguyen if you would like to join us. 7 pm - Program and meeting.

  1. +Oct 29- Dec 2, Wednesday, Domesticated: Dress your table and your home with artisan touches for the holiday season. Tableware, candlesticks, centerpieces. The Gallery will be closed on Nov. 22

+ November 21, Wednesday, 6 p.m. Meeting of the Kiln Club at the Lee Art Center. Dinner then the Annual business meeting to elect officers for 2013. Pot exchange after the meeting.
