Scope gallery
Scope gallery
Scope Gallery opened its doors in 1973. It is on the ground floor of the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Old Town Alexandria right along the waterfront.
The Kiln Club has a dynamic group of artists expressing their individual styles in clay. We show functional one of a kind pieces, sets, sculptural and decorative clay work. All who show at Scope are Juried Members of the Kiln Club.
Each spring, usually in April the Kiln Club puts on an Annual Show where the best work of its members is displayed and for sale. An outside juror comes to judge the work and awards are given.
The Gallery is a place to view wonderful creations in clay. It is also a place of information. Each person working in the Gallery is a knowledgeable potter. We invite members of the Kiln Club, other potters and the public to visit us for a chat.
What’s Going On
The Kiln Club will be showing at Scope Gallery in April of 2012. This is the Annual Show with Artist reception April 12 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm in the Gallery.
